Order Processing


All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product type, or seasonal demand.


Shipping Methods & Fulfillment


We use two fulfillment methods depending on the product:


1. Drop-Ship Products

Some items (such as apparel) are produced and shipped through our fulfillment partner, Printify.

  • Products are made to order and shipped directly to you
  • Delivery timelines depend on production and shipping handled by Printify
  • Tracking and insurance are provided only if included by the carrier/Printify


2. Warehouse-Shipped Products (Future Items)

Some products may be shipped directly by our internal team.

  • Shipping timelines will be listed on the product page
  • Tracking information will be provided when available
  • Customers can contact our team directly for support on these orders

Shipping Timeframes


Delivery times vary depending on the product and shipping destination.

  • Drop-ship items: Timing is determined by Printify’s production and carrier timelines
  • Warehouse items: Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

  • Orders using a valid discount code may qualify for free shipping
  • Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and product type


Shipping Locations


We currently ship within the United States only.


Tracking & Insurance


Tracking and insurance are only available if provided by the shipping carrier or fulfillment partner.


Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages


If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Drop-ship orders: Please contact the customer service number provided on your receipt from Printify
  • Warehouse orders: Contact our internal support team


Carrier delays (weather, holidays, etc.) are outside our control and may impact delivery times.


Busy Seasons & Holidays


During holidays or high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.


Split Shipments


Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments depending on how they are fulfilled.


Rush Orders


We do not offer expedited or rush order processing at this time.


Incorrect Shipping Information


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
